2  Allergies extreme fatigue, bronchial pain, aches This is Clarinex. When it first came out, it was a good allergy drug for me. But trying it recently the side effects are not worth it, almost as bad as Zyrtec for achiness and zombie-like brain fog. Must be a manufacturing and/or formula change, can't recommend it.  2  Bee sting Took it because swelling and itch had not gone down 4 days after sting. Took it at 8pm...by 9pm I had crazy headache and mildly shallow breathing. Was sitting at the table but had to put my head down as I started to feel drowsy and I knocked out for 9 hours. Plus it did nothing for the swelling and itchy bite. F 40 1 days
