When I started it 2 years ago my pain went from a 9 or 10 EVERYDAY to about a 5or 6 everyday. I do have some days that are worse then others but overall my pain has been brought down by half. I was having a problem with nausea but I fixed that by taking my pill at the same time every NIGHT not the morning. That way I can sleep through the nausea that comes from the pill. I also have to take my pill continuously, meaning I don't ever stop taking it. I take the 3 weeks of pills and then start another pack so I never get my period. That helps with my pain as well. If I allow my body to go through a period I am in so much pain that I can't do anything but lay on the couch with a hot water bottle and lots of Vicodin. This pill has helped me.
