 3  Neuropathy Nothing dissimilar to other opioid medicines. Weaker than I had expected. Was prescribed this as a safer alternative to the 3x10mg/Day Methadone regimen I was on. Expected this to be close in strength to the Methadone, but in my experience, it is not, and even experienced some mild withdrawal with the switch. With the gross expense this medicine now has, I'll likely ask to try something else or go back to Methadone. M 48 12 days
