3 | Incontinence | Dry mouth/bad taste...food taste like cardboard...the meds work just have problem eating... | Not sure if it is worth taking since I cant eat | M | 64 | 14 days 15 1X day | 2/9/2023 | 2 | frequent urination | Horrible taste in mouth, dry mouth | It takes a special technique not to let the pill hit my tongue. The pill had a horrible metallic taste and dissolved instantly. I do not believe that the pill helped with the frequent urination. I quit taking after one month. | M | 70 | 1 months 5 mg 3X day | 7/17/2021 | 1 | bladder cancer immunotherapy w bcg | horrible dry mouth, lost most of my taste, almost no food tastes 'right' and there is a lingering taste of some kind i cannot identify, but food tastes bad. | an overprescribed cheap drug given to patients wrecklessly. stay away. next gen drugs are supposed to be better. | M | 55 | 3 days 10 mg 2X day | 2/10/2021 | 1 | Frequent Urination | It caused a metallic taste in the mouth permanently, caused a taste distortion and burning mouth syndrome. Now I am a patient at a Taste and Smell clinic. Quality of life is ruined. | F | 1 days 15 MG | 2/10/2020 | 2 | OAB | Dry everything, from eyes to genitalia | Drug is highly unreliable, works some days , doesn't work on others. Feeling it could be a quality control problem because it's so cheap. | F | 68 | 22 months 5mg | 11/25/2019 | 5 | IC | none that I've noticed | I was given this medicine to help with the urgency I get with my IC. It has helped a lot, and I find I have been going to the bathroom less often. I also like the fact that since it is a gel, I get less side effects. I always used to get bad dry mouth with stuff like Vesicare and Detrol, but none at all with this. The only downside is the gel is sticky after it dries and looks like a peeling sunburn by the next day, but you can always wash off the residue after an hour and it doesn't interfere with the absorption according to the packet. | F | 24 | 2 weeks | 9/3/2009 |
