Too painful to stay in one position for long and turning was torture. Felt that I woud not survive the night as my body burned up. The fever broke the eveing of day two. Large grapefruit size raised rash below injection site. Day four (today) feeling sore throat, extreme fatigue, surges of panic and bouts of depression. No energy and burning eyes. Day five, woke with serioous depressive mood. Headache and chills back again. No appetite and resting all day. The injection site rash is gone, now small itchy red spots on face and body. Feeling miserable. I would not recommend this vaccine. My husband has shingles right now and I am unable to work. He is very tired but working. Day 3: loss of appetite, fever, chills, small, red dots all over both arms, left leg, and torso (itchy at times but no pain), lower back pain, kidney pain, feels like sand in my eyes, joint pain from chest down, Day 4: spots or rash still there with itchy feeling at times and still no pain from them, raised rash the size of my hand on my left thigh...itchy, increased thirst, dry mouth, general malaise, stiff joints, diarrhea with stomach pain, loss of appetite, still no nausea at any time. I write this as I am coming up on Day 5. | First dose in left arm. Likely only dose. No other known ailments at time of injection. No other vaccines taken that day or in months . SHINGRIX (Zoster Vaccine Recombinant, Adjuvanted): SHINGRIX is a vaccine indicated for prevention of herpes zoster (HZ) (shingles) in adults aged 50 years and older. Also for adults aged 18 years and older who are or will be at increased risk of HZ due to immunodeficiency or immunosuppression caused by known disease or therapy.
