2		I am not sure which flu vaccine I had last Friday. I am very tired from this strain & I am not myself. I had dizziness this evening & had go home. My arm was sore but that did't bother me		F	70		10/14/2019
3		Hot and cold flashes, sluggish feeling, arm sore but more you move it gets over that part quickly. Hot cold flashes lasted almost a week. Sluggish feeling for about 2-3 days	09/25/2018 given to me in my right arm shot was ok, but all the med being pushed through that tiny needle hurt like heck	F	43		10/11/2018
