 5  Infected deep bite wound on hand Overwhelming tiredness, mild constipation, but that could have been the infection itself. It definitely fought off a bad spreading infection. I received it in massive doses through an IV in a hospital, every four hours for about 48 hours. Had to follow up with a course of oral antibiotic. F 38 2.5 days
