I break it in half, it works better for me. I was extremely tired, and had vivid awake thoughts, but not hallucinations, sweating like crazy, and a fear that something bad might happen from it - like a panic. I was also aware that my heart rate seemed slow. I felt nauseaus and dizzy. This is definitely not what normally happens to me. I can't abruptly stop taking it because I don't want to go through withdrawal, but I am nervous about taking my next dose. It felt as though my normal dose had been doubled, and I may have gotten too much, but I know that I only took one pill which is my normal dosage. I do NOT recommend this drug; I since have discovered that Darvocet 100 works much better for milder pain, and Vicoprofin is great for post-surgical pain. Note: Vicoprofin can make you feel too good. Vicodin always made my mood "happy" and "optimistic." Percocet is mood neutral. I notice none of that. | Just don't accidentally take any more than prescribed. On two occasions I have taken 1 and then not remembered whether I took it or not and taken another. The result was that I felt very sick to my stomach and had to take to bed for several hours. I take oxycodone only, 10-20mg day. Occasionally I will take Tylenol with it, but it's not automatically added to the drug. I feel that it still works well for me. It's a very legit concern; acetaminophen will wreck your liver given time. Your Dr should be concerned as well.
