| 4 | Sleep aid/anxiety | I’m very grateful for this medication. Years ago I had such bad anxiety and developed insomnia. I wanted to sleep so bad but my brain wouldn’t turn off. It helps me lay my head down and fall asleep fairly easily. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because of the dizziness.
