| 4 | Anxiety / Panic Attacks | I first had a SEVERE panic attack on June 27th 2020 I've never experienced anything like it before. I seriously thought I was going to die or pass out, I felt my heart beating out of my chest! Left the ER with the Hydroxyzine prescribed to me.. Couldn't get the medication right away being that there's a lot closed at 1am now due to Covid-19. After leaving the doctors my chest felt tight and I felt drained, exhausted. 2 days later I had another panic attack and I didn't know how to control it.. I finally took the Hydroxyzine and it did calm me down but I ended up falling asleep. This pill makes you feel like you do not own your body. You feel like you're just floating and it doesn't really help you with coping with your panic attacks or anxiety attacks.. Fast forward to July 3rd 2020 I am up at 1am cannot sleep.. mind you I took the pill at 8ish which would've been 5hours ago and idk if it's just my mind playing games on me but now it's not making me drowsy.. when I try to fall asleep I feel like I can't... Also I've developed a really dried mouth and dry throat! I feel like I'm having to clear my throat and there's nothing!
