Im also vegan & was not at severe risk of b12 deficiency, until I found out this pill was also robbing me of it & now have memory of a senior with dementia until I can get my vitamin levels back up. Would rather pullout & risk it & bleed everyday if I have to, just to avoid this feeling. Cleared up acne but who cares if I cant feel anything?!
