This drug is a comparable to adderrall in that you can focus on a task for a while and not be thinking about anything else. no trouble sleeping since I take it in the morning. However -- last night around 3 AM (went to bed around midnight) I woke up feeling like I might throw up - not nauseous, just had a feeling that might happen - and was confused for about 5 minutes, then fell asleep very quickly after realizing nothing was going to happen.
