My doctor prescribed continuous use, with replacement every 4 weeks, to diminish hormone fluctuations associated with my monthly cycle. Neither my husband or I can feel it during sex, it hasn't fallen out, and I can't feel it at all in general. I have had one headache so far (vs 4 or 5 normally), but not one headache until after over 2 weeks of use. I've experienced none of the awful things I've read in other postings - my comments to many of those folks is that all hormone treatments can affect each person differently. Just be aware of the possible side effects (as is true with any medication) and talk with your doctor immediately if you have any.
