Because the cause is systemic, topical treatments don't really work. It just keeps aggressively coming back, every day a little worse. It's to the point where I'm thinking of stopping the drug, despite how good it's been for me. | This is an amazing drug for fatigue. And the side effects are minimal (aside from the acne). There's been no stomach upset, no headaches, no dizziness, no swelling, no weight gain...
