Thanks to Red Yeast Rice and 500 mg Niacin daily. For the first time in years my A1C came in at 6.5 My new doctor is an Osteopathic Physician. He changed my BP medication to a generic. My former meds were tier 3 costing me 100 bucks a month. BP improving more every day and is under better control. I'm experiencing about a 25 percent reduction in my insulin requirements.
