Within 20 minutes, I had no pain and the stomach upset was gone. I could drive comfortably and sit in the living room with my noisy teenagers. I have used it a few times since and it consistently STOPS a migraine within 30 minutes. I've had 2 times it hasn't worked and both times I woke up with the migraine already in progress.
