I also take 600 mg calcium carbonate with Vitamin D with breakfast and dinner. Make your own calcium citrate. Follow instructions exactly. Note this is not herbal; it is calcium without using heat, which provides calcium that the body can absorb. Take 3 fresh eggs from the store, examine the shells and use only those eggs with perfect shells. Place in a GLASS container; I use a pitcher. Squeeze the juice of about 6 FRESH lemons (or ?10-15? limes)to cover the eggs. I find it tastes better without any pulp.
