Here in Nova Scotia you need a doctor's perscription and it costs around $400, but it was covered by my drug plan for 80% so not to pricey for me. Would be if i didn't have a drug plan though. Highley reccomend this drug, other than oily discharge no bloating or anything the only other "feeling" I had was to go to the washroom more, but i didn't you just feel like you had to. This caused severe diarrhoea, vomitting and anal leaking of bright yellow oily substance. | If this had happened while I was on Xenical, and eating this type of food, it would have been expected. However, I had not taken the pill in 3 days, Vomitting was NOT part of the noted side effect. I got back from vacation and ended up in the ER. Both the ER doctors and my Primary Care Doctor agreed that it was Xenical that made me sick. I then gave a statement to the company that distributes Xenical, for them to change the packaging to show that sickness can be a side effect even after a few days of not taking this medication. Apparently the whole point of this 'diet pill' is to make you so sick of the yellow discharge that will leak out of you, if you eat fatty foods, that you just won't ever eat them again. Well, that's fine in theory, however, the pill is NOT supposed to stay in your system for 3 days. If that were the case, you wouldnt have to take one with each meal. This has settled now on day 5 but now my lower legs - calves and ankles have been itching for 2 days like mad.. no sign of rash, just itchier then hell.
