The constipation is resolved only by going off the Avinza for 3 days and using products like Correctol in serious quantities. I am desperately trying to find a replacement drug. The difference in pain relief from Oxycontin to Avinza is minimal. Expecially when you include the additional pain caused by constipation on the Avinza.
