It gets really bad when I get cold. I've always had that due to low blood pressure so it's not that different. It's weird that it only happens during the middle of the day after work, it seems (the finger spasms). I can make it stop by fully flexing my fingers or fully clenching them into a fist. I have lost my appetite somewhat but I've never really had a super strong one. I've lost my sex drive completely but that might be due to the topamax and other things, however it is unusual. Not that big of a deal as I'm single at the moment. I do, however, seem to get irritated at little things a lot easier and I can't remember things like I used to.
