Well, Estrostep gave me cystic acne (I never had acne before), non existent sex drive, i gained 12 pounds (from 113 to 125)in 3 weeks while working out 5 times per week (yes I had terrible carb cravings, but still I was spinning and doing other cardio 5 times per week!), and i felt really low and anxious for no reason. I was waking up almost every night between 4-6 a.m. with really bad anxiety. AWFUL. I just started nuva ring and hope it works out.
