 4  Bi polar hyper mania Nightmares right when falling asleep This drug has effectively changed the way my super hypomania works by allowing me to think about consequences before making bad decisions i.e. my impulsive actions. I am a lifelong narcotics addict and since I got on this medicine I haven't used any drug a single time, and most importantly, have ZERO desire to. That's life changing for me. It gives me nightmares sometimes but effectively kills my usually frequent bouts of sleep paralysis and I find the nightmares more interesting than scary. M 33 1 years

 5  Borderline and severe major depression At first I started with 50mg, it's a life saviour I got my my life back, I actually lost appetite and lose weight which is a good thing for me, it helped me get up again from severe depression, at the beginning I had trouble waking up and feeling dizzy and migraines all the time now it's gone, one thing that bothers me no quetiapine no sleep, it's addictive in that way, otherwise it's great, just some short memory loss, I don't know if I'll stop it someday and it's a really expensive drug, but I had 2 suicide attempt and this drug made happy and gave me the strength to get back on my feet, worried about it's highly addictive and scared that I will maybe not be able to afford it someday and worried about it's damaging my brain but so far so good, I hope I won't need it anymore someday, and I'm on lamotrigine for mood stabilizer and that is on forever not to lose my shit and start anger burst and extreme mood swings, lamotrigine made me more calm and aware of my destructive behaviour, good luck everyone A poisoned gift ?  5  Depression It took two months for the "Seroquel Coma" to get manageable for me. However, it still helps me sleep. I have tried at least 10 different Depression medications over the years and their beneficial effects were very short-lived in me. I would get so very depressed at least twice a year, so bad that I could not get out of bed. I really never thought that I would find something that finally (FINALLY!) worked for me long term. But my family practitioner talked me into trying something very different, quetiapine. I have used it for over 5 years and, while I still get depressed from time to time, each episode is shorter and less intense. I feel like this is a magical potion that has saved my life, and I will probably never stop using this. F 47 5 years

 1  For bio polar Awful medication,.side effects are horrendous. Been on quetipine for years,I'm still on it,I can't get off the drug,it's really addictive,it's very strong tablet,it wil make you very tired,it will make you really hungry after about 15 minutes of taking it,it give you nightmares,I recommend you take it at night ,otherwise you will not get outside your home in the day if you take it,you will be to tired.it ruins your life as it really drugs you up.if I could get of it I would.awful drug,one of the most sedative drugs I've been put on,the worst antipsychotic tablet out there.dont go on it if your offered it .
