 5  Nausea from gastritis None at all Was prescribed this on an as needed basis when I had gastritis. I wish I could keep a stock of this. It's a miracle pill and served me quite well. It doesn't always completely eliminate nausea, especially if you're already feeling really sick, but it will take the edge off and keep you from vomiting. Most helpful if you take it right when you think you're going to start getting sick. One of the few drugs I trust. F

 4  IBS, Nausea, Nausea by Anesthesia Really bad stomach cramps and constipation The medicine works so well, and the taste is not great but I have not had issues with the taste when nauseous. I only take it when absolutely necessary because I know I will be in pain the next day. It serves its purpose well but I only take it when its benefits will outweigh the consequences! F 19 4 years

 5  Crohn's Disease & IBS when i first started taking it a little headache & sensitivity to brightness. Literally the BEST medication out there for somebody who is nauseous ALL THE TIME. Works wonders with nausea from Crohn's Disease! And works wonders with side effects from medications. Highly recommended. F 20 5 months

 2  Pregnancy nausea EXTREME intestinal discomfort and constipation waking me up through out the night . Worked the first day though I was uncomfortable it was bareable and by the second day I was in extreme pain and throwing up again but I think I continued throwing up because the pain was so bad instead of nausea It was so expensive I am so heartbroken it hasnt been working out for me as my pregnancy sickness has been brutal so im going to continue trying to take it in halves or something we will see F 20 2 days

 4  Pregnancy nausea and vomiting It works very well for nausea but the stomach pain and bloating that comes with it is really not fun. My stomach hurts non stop, I get terrible cramping pain every time I need to poop, which is a couple times a day. It's ridiculous. F 22 14 days

 5  Chemotherapy nausea None. It's fantastic!! I'm certain I would have quickly wasted away and died with out this medication. I was administered a couple of doses of a cheaper anti-nausea medication for my first chemotherapy treatment and I vomited so much I lost 20 pounds in about 5 days. After my second (of 16) treatments I began taking Zofran with each round of chemo and it allowed me to live a normal life. I even attended rock concerts and went dancing at nightclubs on the same day as my VERY INTENSE chemotherapy treatment. I never felt nauseous or vomited once during the 8 months I was on Zofran.  3  HG pregnancy Headaches during first pregnancy (swallow pill). None during second pregnancy (dissolve under tongue). I still threw up a lot, but it lessened the nausea somewhat. F 23 4 months

 5  nausea from neurological conditions Very few. Occasional fatigue/sleepiness, unsteadiness, and constipation, but usually very slight. Amazing drug! I've taken it for years since a brain surgery, and it's a life saver. It also worked perfectly when I had a horrible case of gastroenteritis--phenergan did a good job but made me incredibly spacey, loopy, and high as a kite. With Zofran, hardly any side effects!  5  Severe morning sickness constipation THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED! I took it both of my pregnancies and it was fantastic! Both of my boys were born healthy (I was worried since I took it the whole time) and I was able to go of it as easy as getting on. MIRACLE DRUG! F 24 10 months

 5  Bacterial gastroenteritis Sleepiness. I loved it. This drug is so effective for nausea. Stops it dead in its tracks in less than an hour. Way better than phenergan!!! F 25 3 days
