For the first day or two on Claritin I thought I was experiencing my typical poor sleep pattern of getting a good night sleep every other night. Usually one restless night makes me tired enough to sleep the next. Last night should have been the one, but I didn't fall asleep till 4am and feel wired now at 5pm the next day with only three hours of sleep.
