They might work for a few months, but then it was on to something new. Accutane cleared up my acne (with the exception of the occasional hormonal outbreak). But the only real side effect I noticed was chapped lips. Looking back, I may have been a bit more emotional/sad at times, but it didn't really affect me. My skin is clear for the most part.
