| 4 | Depression/Post Partum | The first year I didn't have any side effects, but when I was switched to the generic I began having crashing fatigue where I couldn't stay awake regardless of the environment - very unususal for me. Most recently, I've begun to stutter - it was infrequent at first, though completely beyond my control, and now it's happening more and more often. I would prefer mild bipolar to this feeling of not really caring about things either way. It was a wonder drug for me at the time, and I have been stable for about a year without any treatment. I decided to try wellbutrin again, this time for my increased anxiety levels, obsessive thinking, not being able to sleep, having times where I isolate myself to pull it together at home and at work. The first week on 150mg was tough (most of the side-effects listed above were present). I decided to ask my doctor for a sleep aid, Ambien CR was prescribed. Since starting the sleep aid, things have been much better. I feel more energetic and less on edge (now on 300mg). I only got a scrip for 30 days, if it's not working by then I'll quit taking it.
