BLOCADREN  (TIMOLOL MALEATE):  This medication is used to treat high pressure inside the eye due to glaucoma (open angle-type) or other eye diseases (e.g., ocular hypertension). Lowering high pressure inside the eye helps to prevent blindness. This medication works by decreasing the amount of fluid within the eye.  5  migraine prevention nothing abnormal as far as acclimating to the drug.. if taking for migraine prevention you have to take it for a while to build up in your system. so please dont give up on this drug. i have tried EVERYTHING and this is the only thing that worked. F 34 3 months
