I was on Cipro at the same time 500 mg 2x daily, so some of these side effects may be from it I suppose. It has been a week since I finished the dose, and I feel about 60% back to normal. I am still off work even though the infection was cleared up. I mostly feel too weak and dizzy to drive my car, and have to lay down to rest every few hours, and I am only sitting up for an hour or so at a time. Taking a shower wipes me out. I do seem to be getting better every day, now, though it is slow going, so hang in there if you are still feeling the effects. I have found that this medicine has made me feel very tense and anxious. It also made me feel quite achy - my wrists and ankles in particular ached, and I woke up each morning feeling almost hungover (while of course you cannot drink at all on this medicine so it wasn't a real hangover!) - dry mouth, hazy, headachy feeling. Then about a year later I was in the hospital again, this time diagnosed with Ischemic Colitis and again given Flagl, same side effects but much much worse.
