| 2 | Strep/Sinus Infection | The Nausea was the worst. I took as recommended and 8+ hours later, I still feel like I am going to vomit. The first night I took it, I couldn't even look at food. I have a very strong stomach too, and I'm only on my second day and can barely eat. Be prepared to eat simple (tomato soup with water, not milk, chicken noodle soup, etc). I can't take probiotics like recommended. To me...the side effects outweight the benefits. And the doctor prescribed this to me a week and a half after I was wrongly diagnoised with a viral infection.
