2  Bacterial infection after c-diff EXHAUSTION, FATIGUE, memory loss, general feeling of death Seriously, I didn't think Flagyl or ANY antibiotic could cause this sort of "fatigue" (it's WAY WORSE than "fatigue", btw), so I made burial preparations. Well, just kidding, but I feel REALLY CRAPPY on this, like I can't keep my eyes open! — But DEO GRATIAS -- I'm SO HAPPY I found this site!! Because all this stuff everyone's naming off, that's what I'm going through. I think Day 5 (tonight) might be Day FINAL because I can't do this anymore. I'll take the infection. The bacteria wins! —Or I'll put up the $1000 for Vancomycin again because this stuff... oh HALE no. While there's no nausea, no hives, etc typical antibiotics issues, you just can't describe the PURE EXHAUSTION that Flagyl causes. You WILL feel drugged to the MAX; your blood pressure will drop (though strangely your heart rate goes WAY UP! What IS that?!) I don't like Flagyl at all; I'm sorry. VEER CLEAR! OH! And it stays in your system the next days... I DREAD taking this huge welfare-looking pill. DREAD it. F 35 7 days

3  Bacterial infection after c-diff EXHAUSTION, FATIGUE, memory loss, general feeling of death update: gave it extra point after I pushed through full 7 days, and I'm over the bacterial infection without having c-diff. I guess it's good to have SOMETHING, though really, expect a DARK WEEK while you're on it. F 35 7 days
