| 1 | Osteoporosis | 8-10 hrs after IV had flu like aches. By middle of night aches had become painful, Aleve or nothing was helping. By morning after 24 hrs, everywhere in my body I had EVER had a problem was either; on fire, shooting dart like pain, throbbing, or severely sensitive to touch! The soles of my feet hurt when walking and my fingertips felt numb. My "TN" kicked in on the left side of face/jaw and my eye on that side was completely blurred. Last, it was painful to urinate even with drinking plenty of water as informed, left a message with my Dr, and went to ER! Had to receive narcotic injections, doctor there described it as a severe Fibromyalgia reaction. Seriously doubt I will try it again! | This was my physicians choice after I have not been able to take any of the pills without side affects, am allergic to sulfa so that rules some out. This entire week afterward, I have felt direly tired, flu like, and any activity seems to reactivate some of the symptoms. My joints, are doing the snap, crackle, pop routine. It all does seem to me, best described as any weak link or damaged area in your body is ravaged and attacked by this drug. MY hopes and prayers, are NO severe long-term affects down the road here. Will be speaking with my physician. When they called me for follow-up from the hospital three days later, they were unaware I had went to ER, and gave me the speech on how "uncommon" it was for this to happen, that Only Flu-Like Symptoms are still expected!
