People say oh yeah its bad fine, but have you really dealt with chronic anxiety?. What about those effects?... no picnic. Just dont abuse it take it as directed. I slept like a baby last night oh so niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! I'm out in 5min compared to 1hour with anxiety and broken sleep.
