I've been to the ER once so far because of the abdominal pain and cramping. I can eat like a horse with it and be fine, or eat the same ammount the next day and be sick. Each day is a new adventure. MESTINON (PYRIDOSTIGMINE BROMIDE): Pyridostigmine is used to improve muscle strength in patients with a certain muscle disease (myasthenia gravis).
