| 3 | allergies | Great difficulty staying awake. Always tired except ten minutes after waking for the day. Alarm clock no longer wakes me, despite sounding like a fire alarm. Foggy thinking. Struggle to get through the day. Irregular heart beat, rise in blood pressure. Mentally not me, weird thinking as I drift to sleep sitting/standing even midday. No family history of any of these symptoms. Other variables examined, it's the cetirizine. | Good allergy control, bad side effects. I cannot function at all with allergy meds, nor sleep at night, but a half-awake, stoner life for years is not fulfilling.
