2	cronic back pain	Terrible ringing in the ears. Doctor said it was from taking too many. I had to take too many to make it effective.	Was on hydrocodone 10/325 for a long time. Was getting immune to it so I decided to switch. Switched to percodan which was a lower dose so I took more...pain relief didn't last long but the ringing in the ears did.
