I started taking the xyzal about two weeks before I expected the headache and here I am half way through and no full blown headache and minimal sinus pressure. I'm trying not to jump the gun but I'm thrilled. I still get a low-grade "almost" headache every so often but it beats going to bed with one and waking up with it.
