I take the pill about 5:30 am, walk for 1 hr, no side effects to really mention, other than the 1st day is always a little headache but goes away. I find that walking right after taking Boniva will help the drug get into the intestine quicker without feeling nausea, or upper digestive disorders. I will be re-checked in another few mths to see my status. Walking, weight training is also a PLUS to strengthen any person's bones.
