| 3 | depression | Anorgasmia. Could have told me. I had no idea why it became harder and harder to experience satisfaction. Wanted to do it but it just killed all feeling in my clitoris. Never experienced anything like it. It upped my mood but right before I began taking it, I had finally gotten my sex drive back after many years of having absolutely none and then I began Prozac and it numbed everything. I also began to experience RLS and insomnia at night which led to my having to take naps during the day. I started having hot flashes and then cold flashes, regularly almost as if I had a flu. I found that my anxiety was exacerbated. I felt like I was on the verge of a panic attack everyday for two weeks. This led to me feeling more depressed than usual. At this point I felt that I would be better off without the meds and treated my anxiety through therapy. I've finally weaned off tge meds and have been off for 4 days. The lethargy continues but the RLS has gone away and I am sleeping better. As a side effect of weaning off of the meds i am experiencing brain zaps and dizziness. It feels like I'm being electrocuted. Sometines it's just in the head area but sometimes it runs all the way through my body to my feet. The side effects are mild though since I was only on Lexapro for a little over a month.
