| 4 | ED | drug worked great but after 3 years of taking Cialis suffered heart attack in Jan 2015. Tried it again 6 mo. after heart attack and almost had to go to ER due to back pain. Side effects I felt during those 3 yrs. were back pain, severe aches, trouble getting up from chair, chest discomfort, systemic joint pain. As for ED, Cialis helped me to get a better errection however, it is not the be all and end all pannacea drug for ED but that of course is also dependant on other medical conditions as well. It was nice to have a sustained erection during foreplay without constant stimulation and having a solid erection during sex, Normally my wife massages my penis prior to intercourse but it's not what it should be. With CIALIS she slowed down ….feeling a solid erection. My observation on a Cailis erection …I would recommend extended foreplay to adjust….
