I dont even take aspirin for it. Also leg soreness like I walked too far is pretty mild, a small price to pay for Now I can have sex without worrying that I won't get hard or stay hard. Everyone is different, and these side effects just aren't very bad for me. This is a great drug for this problem, for me anyway. Wish I had this a few years ago, not sure why I experienced ED problems but I was a heavy drinker years ago. I would recommend this with a word of caution to watch out for these side effects. But for me its a great drug. And now that the generics are out the price is very affordable, it went from 400 per scrip to 38 bucks per scrip. Problem solved! And thats a GOOD thing. Two thumbs up. Yes the erections were somewhat better but the libido was down and most annoyingly it caused premature ejaculation which really surprised me.
