| 5 | recreational fun...do not have ED | Since day one it worked well for me, I underdosed by taking only 1/3 of a 20mg pill and it still lasts me 3 days on average. But just in the last few months I noticed that it has been the cause of mid back pain for me. Seems to be right on the spine. It's a dull aching pain that will lessen and then go away, but only after about 1-2 weeks after taking the pill, even just taking the small dosage I mentioned. I love this pill but I wish it would stop giving me these annoying back aches :( | I take this on recreational occasions when I want to rock it out like a pornstar...cause it really works. Stronger intensity and shorter recovery time. CIALIS (TADALAFIL): Tadalafil is used to treat male sexual function problems (impotence or erectile dysfunction-ED). In combination with sexual stimulation, tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help a man get and keep an erection. Tadalafil is also used to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia-BPH).
