I had made no change in food choices. Why take 30mg and suffer, when 5mg did the trick for me! So I do not now take this medication. | Crestor should make it very clear on its side effects list that a small percentage of women will suffer this reaction. My skin specialist was aware of some findings and released me from one of the worst medical episodes imaginable for a female. MD websites online are still telling women they cannot get vulval irritation from Crestor. This is unacceptable. Some women become suicidal with this symptom and I was close to understanding why. ....so if it happens to you see your Dr and ask to stop taking it to eliminate it as the source.
