Very dizzy and lightheaded, stop and sat on side walk a few times felt like i was going to black out. Even after stopping after 10 days, I still get some Heart pounding, lightheadedness and dizziness I don't know when this will go away I'm scared it's gonna take a while my eye and limbs are still twitching I still get very dizzy and very lightheaded throughout the day. trying to deal with that, took blood test my doctor tells me it comes back with low blood sugar and dehydration. This stuff made me so sick. I took it in the morning and overnight I felt better. Felt good at the start of the second day and took the second dose but then my body kept getting sorer and sorer. By the third day, I couldn't find a comfortable position to even lie down. My muscles and nerves were all sore. My nerves felt like the were crawling, especially in my legs and feet. I didn't sleep for more than 90 minutes at a time for three nights. I had pain from the soles of my feet to my neck. I could barely wash the dishes. On the third night, I had a breakout on my neck and chest. I was in a feeling of panic and even woke up in a panic on the fourth night, I mean feeling true dread to the point where it's been two days since I stopped taking the medicine and I'm afraid to go to sleep. But this is the second full day without Nexium and I woke up with little soreness and I feel much more like myself. I could not complete the 14 day treatment. I'm just eating bland food and drinking lots of water. Since then I have been managing my acid reflux without medicine. Recently when I had bad episode of reflux I decided to try Nexium, I took one pill on a Saturday and after four five days, as acid rebound was severe, I took another pill. Since I took the first pill my sleep has became really bad ( I monitor my sleep using fitbit) a week later I took the first pil, for a couple of days, I could not sleep more than 2 hours a night. From the 5th day on wards I started feeling breathless even to speak. My heart rate was erratic sometimes going up to 110 bpm. Typically just before I took the first pill my heart rate hovers mid 60s. I feel sever muscle weakness, getting tired to even brush my teeth. I became completely non functional. I stopped after the second pill and that was 2 and half weeks ago. I still feel the same. Doctors did all the tests, for heart failure, heart attack, chest Xray, COVID, general blood chemistry etc. All came normal. I am hoping that it will go away soon. Just before taking Nexium, I was doing 25 pushups nonstop, elliptical for 30 straight, 100 jump-ropes non stop.
