I've been recently diagnosed with progressive RA. I should note that I have schizoaffective disorder and I'm on a med 'cocktail' that works well for me. My rheumatologist prescribed mobic as an alternative to opioids. I agreed because I had taken it before without issues. However, this time, I started having sciatica pain which is quite new to me. It's gotten worse over a couple days. Then slowly I have started to notice awful mood swings and irritability, to the point where my husband said something. Someone else who doesn't live with us asked me if I was 'ok' because I seemed off (I started searching and that's how I found this thread). I'd rather be in pain than be a horrible person. | I gave it a 3 because it does help, not eradicate, my pain.
