He started having bad nightmares, woudl scream in the midle of the night with his eyes closed and when i went ot his room and he heard me, he would go back to sleep but this would keep on going. It has taken away almost 2 years of our lives from us. I am having a hard time forgiving myself for not figuring it out sooner. I have taken my poor son off of this medicine about 4 wks ago and he is about 95% better. Shame on you Merck! I filed a complaint with Merck and the FDA. Merck should be forced to make parents and physicians more aware of the side effects and the rate of occurence.
