| 5 | I get pre menstral migraines | I eliminate the side effects from excedrin by eating papaya pills or juice or the actual fruit in dried or fresh form, because papaya is known for creating enzymes in your stomach that activate mucus to coat your inside lining and protect it from acids and burning from taking Excedrin. Next, I take 2 Valerian herbal capsules found any where in the vitamin section that balances out the caffeine jitters that Excedrin causes. Then I drink a lot of water with taking 2 Excedrin capsules. So my migraine goes away and my stomach and nervous system are in control. The great thing about papaya and Valerian is that you can keep taking it as needed every few hours if you feel that your Excedrin side effects are coming back.
