For the past year, although I get erections normally, about 90% of the time I lose the erection during intercourse. Now I can achieve and maintain erections whenever I want. No doubt all that misery was due to the tamsulosin even though my doc and the pharmacist did not think it was the cause. What a wasted year feeling like crap!
