It says not to drink alcohol, but there isn't any other way to sleep. Taking 15-20mg melatonin, 4-6 unisom, and 5-8 calms forte a night to be able to sleep 4 hrs. Back pain so bad, I stay on a heating pad on my days off all day. Halfway through lamisil therapy.
