Vertigo, continuous brain zaps, severe fatigue which, worsens when you already have Hashimoto's (thyroid disease). I started out at 75 mg. The very next day after taking my first and only pill, I lowered my dosage to 37.5. After feeling worse physically, I decided to split my pill with a splitter, and take 1/2 @ 12.5 mg. It has been a four day hell tour, since I stopped taking this "poison," altogether.
