Day 1 it stung when I put the medicine on, day 2 the warts turned white and I had discomfort when moving throughout the day, day 3 my labia started bleeding and there was ooze everywhere?? As well as the pain and discomfort. Day 4 (first rest day) was the worst day of my life, the pain was so unbearable, I couldn't move or it would burn I was crying constantly. After reading some reviews I saw people used savlon and salt soaks, which did help reduce the pain but did not take it away. I was going to go to the hospital for the pain, but I physically could not walk to the car:( I do not know how I managed to get through it. I'm on day 5 now and I woke up early due to the pain (idk how I was able to sleep) there was yellow ooze everywhere, which I assume is my skin melting off?? My labia is also bleeding a lot more. I'm not even sure if all my warts have come off I think some have?? This is the worst experience of my life, do anything but this!! I came across advice on this website which helped me tremendously! So thank you guys!! So here is my advice incase it’s useful to someone else: I washed the wounds with warm salt water 3 times a day. There is a lot of skin that sheds so also used a dove bar soap ( unperfumed) over the course of 4 days. Afterwards, applied loads of Vaseline. It's day 5 and I finally feel like I am getting back to myself. I can somewhat sit properly and also sleep better. The warts are gone but I will not be doing this treatment again. I will look into other methods. Recently prescribed condylox gel,same active ingredient different catalyst. Horrible open raw sore on surrounding skin has developed and as you can imagine hurts. My advice to anybody using this or soon to use this be very cautious about letting it touch surrounding skin. It is very painful and takes too long. It's also very expensive. (It cost me $200 WITH insurance.) Just have them frozen off. I know that sounds scary, but the pain is rather minimal and the it doesn't hurt very much at all after. The skin dies more quickly and flakes off within 5 days. Condylox didn't take away as many as freezing did and I only had to go to the doctor's office twice for treatment. Only two warts had remained after the first visit. Inflammation, severe skin irritation. See my comments about freezing warts off, which usually eliminates them in one relatively simple procedure, with minimal pain. If possible, opt for that rather than using condylox. | Condylox takes a long time to eliminate warts, and you need to be extremely careful when you apply it. I ended up having the warts frozen off in a simple procedure at my dermatologist's office. I wish I had done this initially, and never used condylox.
